Nice place for a walk, the park is in two sections with the entrance running through the middle. The paths are mostly solid for the two circular routes, if you move off the path it can get quite muddy! The views are good if its clear, but it can be quite chilly if windy... 4 stars as it would be great if there was a better way of them connecting the two parts of the park - not overly safest route walking down the road entrance from main car park with young 'uns to get to the other part of park. The car park is a fair size but note there are no facilities here...!

Scenery is beautiful, and a wonderful place to take children for that pure 'country living' feel. Once you're in, you instantly feel all your worries disappear for a while
