In 2003 the night before my granddaughter was having her 18th birthday party the person making her birthday cake let us down.On the morning of the party the Martin's bakery in Openshawe came to our rescue with a lovely cake and iced for my granddaughter. On Wed this week history repeated itself for my great granddaughters 1st birthday. Martin's made us a fabulous No 1 birthday cake and saved the day again. The cake was fabulous and I can't speak highly enough about this wonderful bakery. Thank you so much to Martin's in Chorlton precinct.

Always friendly and good variety here. Cracking sourdough (at a fraction of the price elsewhere). Sandwiches and salads made to order and hot food too.
