Martin & Co were absolutely amazing at dealing and communicating with us regarding our house move. Danielle was so helpful at making sure she kept us informed of the progress, which was extremely appreciated as it made the whole move less stressful. We went to look around the property and instantly fell in love and knew that this is where we wanted to live. During the visit we signed and paid the deposit and then the property was taken off the market while checks were completed - this is a massive advantage to using Martin & Co as they make you well valued as a tenant and not just another application. All the checks were highly professional and the move in date was decided to best suit us. During our time at the property any issues have been dealt with immediately and with highly professional work - I feel that the company choose the best people to complete the jobs and the jobs that we have had completed have all been to high standard. Highly recommend this agent.

Our family had an outstanding services from this Estate Agent from Wakefield and I would like to share our gratitude here. From the beginning until the closure of the services it was always polite, knowledgable and prompt to respond and reply any requests from small to big and there was times that even outside working hours which you would not normally get from most business, let alone estate agents, specially the big ones. From First contact with Jas and Danielle at the Wakefield Branch they have been first class. From viewing the property to signing the lease and moving in, they were by far the most efficient and professional agency in Wakefield. I've rented through them for 8 months now and anytime there has been even the slightest issue its been sorted out immediately. Booking in through the property portal or directly with Danielle, everything has be a breeze.
