We approached Martin & Co to arrange a rental viewing. Everyone was very quick to respond and we have viewed ,credit checked and been accepted inside a week. Very efficient and professional system. Many thanks for making our move so much smoother!

Our house purchase has been a long drawn out affair but not due to Martin & Co. However, Verity our sales point of contact has been working hard throughout, pushing things along wherever she could and keeping us informed of the progress. Many thanks for your help. Jane and Kevin
Verity and Tom were extremely helpful and patient throughout the buying process. Verity in particular worked incredibly hard to make the process as smooth as possible (even when it was bumpy). The rest of the team was also very helpful, if Verity or Tom were unavailable - all of this, throughout lockdowns and the pandemic - thank you so much - 5*.
This is the second time I've rented from Martin & Co. - such a quick and easy process. Tom made us feel safe and welcome viewing the properties during this current pandemic and Madeline took great care of us through the process, a pleasure as always
I recently spoke with verity over the phone and communicated with her via email to arrange a couple of viewings. I was impressed with her professionalism and helpfulness. She promptly sent through property details and fitted around my schedule. She was also very kind! Thanks Verity :-)
