Myself and my partner have recently had pleasure of dealing with Martin & Co when letting our first property. Whole process ran smoothly and were informed throughout process. The property is clean and great condition, look forward to dealing with Craig and his colleagues in the future. Thank you!

I had great service from the Ayr brach of Martin & Co, they kept me informed at all stages of the application process. Thank you to alll the team for making my move that much easier.
I have been with Martin & Co, Ayr for about 4 years. The staff are pleasant to deal with, and I am very happy with the service they have given me and my tenants. They manage the property, and always inform me promptly of any repairs which need to be done. They are able to get tradesmen out quickly to solve any problems the tenants have. They have always found good tenants. Would recommend.
