I visited Switzerland, coming from Norway with my 2016, Mazda CX-5. I experienced a terrible squeeking noise and slight shaking from the front axel. New sounds and shakes tends to stress me abit, so I decided I'd check it at the Garage Mistral Martigny. Withouth checking availability in advance, I stopped by the garage. They were able to send a mechanic at once for a test drive. There were some language barriers, but I didn't need to know the local language for him to recognize the issues with the car, which was because of a broken wheel bearer. They comforted me that it was safe to continue driving, but the sound may become worse. They also told me they could fix it, but it would take some time due to ordering the needed part from Belgium. They gave me the serialnumber of the part needed so I could contact my main autogarage back home in Norway. I want to show my great appreciation to the garage for excellent service and help in calming me on the issues with the vehicle. In my point of view you saved my holiday! Thank you!
