Ordered a 35 item from their website which didn't arrive for 2 weeks. Contacted them twice on \contact us\ page on website and received no reply. Contacted them by phone for them to say they hadn't sent out the order and they would that day. A week later item still not received so I contacted them again for them to say it's not their problem. It's royal mails fault as they sent it first class recorded delivery. I asked for refund which I was refused until item was back with them. I asked if I were to post item back to them would they pay for postage back to them as I was no longer in need of product. They said they weren't sure and would get back to me. I've heard nothing back and still no product.
