I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Ryan and Candy went so far above and beyond any expectations I had. They truly care about the happiness of their customers. Ryan is very dedicated and was such a pleasure to work with. I got a great vehicle at an amazing price! Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough for all they have done for me!!

The people at Gross of Marshfield are AMAZING. My boyfriend and I went here a year ago when we were in a bind and had only a week to get a vehicle. We talked to Ryan and Chris and they immediately got to work on looking for a vehicle for us. Sara was great at helping us fill out financial paper work and talking us through everything so we understood the process. With-in a few days we were driving off the lot with a great car. After having the car for only a year I had an unfortunate accident and was rear-ended and the vehicle was totaled so again I returned to this AWESOME crew for help. I went back to talk with Ryan and Chris and let them know what happened and that I again I needed their assistance. They got right to work! After looking at a few cars and a test drive I found my dream car. We got to work right away filling out paper work and again Sara walked me through everything! Everyone here is AMAZING, even though we didn't work directly with John W. or Joe they were always so friendly and willing to talk to us and answer our question as well. The service dept is also great with a friendly staff and we now take all our vehicles there. I highly recommend this place and the crew. Thank you all for everything!
Ryan (aka Crying Ryan) and Candy are a perfect team. Love working with both of them and the service team is just as amazing. Gross is a great team to work with.
Mostly neg details about public sidewalks on eastside and westside of business are usually pretty treacherous for pedestrians during many of the winter months. Salt would generally be in order.
The staff were very helpful through every step! Ryan Hauge going above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what me and my kids would need for our family vehicle:) And Kandy making sure I understood all the crazy details of the paperwork - she made it all as easy as a summer breeze:). Thank you!!!!
