Horrible Customer Service!! I called Dec 28th spoke to a woman & explained to her what I was looking for. I gave her all the insurance information that was needed along with the drs office Information. She said she will get back to me. After a few days I called again to get any updates appropriately the person I spoke to was not there. The person who answered the 2nd time said she will leave a note that I called. So far today's date is 1-7-2021 no call back from anyone. Very unprofessional. They are super unhelpful as well!!!!! My neighbor also needed a wheelchair for her mom I told her go elsewhere.
