Can't fault Marshall Braintree. Sean Moore was excellent and my new car arrived as promised, with no hassle, even though I live 200 miles away from Braintree. What a refreshing change to deal with a company who put customer service at the top of their list.

What a dealer no hard sale and left to look at my leisure. I purchased a car and the whole experience was smooth and stress free. Hats off to my salesperson Glen Lilley polite professional and fully took in to account what my budget was. Would have no hesitation to buy from them again.
First of all would like to say a big thanks to Glenn Lilley excellent service. From start to finish was polite friendly and went out of his way the extra mile to deliver my car on time. Soon as i called to show an interest in the vehicle Glenn was honest and straight and no hard sale. Glenn is a asset to Marshall Seat. The car is in prestige condition. I enquired about a Leon FR and I received a call within an hour. The process was quick, easy and smooth. From the first call to when I picked the car up yesterday. The team @ Seat Braintree took covid19 precautions seriously were super helpful. I dealth with a gentleman called Paul who has been VERY helpful.
