Absolute gentleman on the phone in store - I phoned asking about a couple of batteries for my car key, they weren't open tomorrow (Saturday) when I'm heading through Fort William but quick as a shot I was asked if I would like them posted to me, very thoughtful, above and beyond. A little goes a long way. Top notch in my books

Friendly staff and a good range of hardware
The staff in this shop made an inappropriate remark regarding my disabled son stating he was badly behaved as my husband went in to make a purchase in their shop. Saddens me that comments are made like this. Shows a lack of insight and unprofessionalism that they would even comment thinking my husband was unrelated. Disgusting really.
