I purchased a car through Ryan at Marshall Land Rover and was very impressed with the service I received throughout the process. It feels like a professional and well organised operation. I had a minor issue (these things happen) with the car, that fell outside of the warranty. I contacted Ryan, explained the situation and within 10 minutes I had spoken to one of the mechanics and the car was booked in the following day to be fixed at no cost to myself. The after care from Ryan and the mechanic team was excellent. I will definitely be back in touch when I am looking to upgrade my car next. Thank you

The customer service on both the Jag and Land Rover sides of this site are terrible. I turned up to test drive an F Pace, something that was booked on the phone a few days prior, only to have the salesman keep me waiting over 10 minutes before coming over to me and dismissing me as a potential customer because of my age (28). They knew nothing about my financial status but because I was young they just assumed I couldn’t afford one - which is certainly not the case when I run my own business. The sales staff attended to other customers who came in later than I did and all the salesman could do who approached me was say “is it just a quick question you have?” and “We’re pretty busy today...” Well done, you’ve lost my business Only go here expecting good customer service if you fit the stereotype.
