I needed a quick repair for a problem that was not actually to do with the electronics of my mp3 player. Staff with JVP understood this and a repair was done there and then, and all that I was asked for was a small nominal charge. In my gratitude I doubled the payment so that the technician could have a good lunch for the day. I have been to JVP previously for a technical repair and accept that their time is valuable and their charges are reasonable. I recommend JVP highly.

He checked my speakers that I thought were broken but it was an issue with my amp, great support and advice. Will take my amp there to get fixed and any other electronic devices that need repair in the future. Happy :)

Old school repair shop. Their systems are also lo-fi (so plan a drop-off to take a few minutes) but staff are lovely & they do good work. Had a couple of repairs done here & been very happy.

They did a great job in diagnosing the problems with my vintage receiver and fixing the problems. I would definitely use them again for vintage audio repair and recommend them to others.
