We visited to look for a small campervan with 4 travel seats (for the grandchildren). Lee helped us to identify the perfect van and processed our order with great charm despite all the paperwork involved. When we came back to collect, Lee continued with the paperwork and Phil was very efficient at the handover. There was a bit of a problem with the LPG tank but this was all eventually resolved with great grace. All of this despite the mask-wearing: it was good to see the care being taken so no-one should complain!!

We have just bought a used Motorhome from Marquis at Durham that we have had our eye on for some time. The experience was a very positive one made exceptionally so by Lee the guy who sold it to us. From first meeting him he was so helpful and kind and arranged a lengthy viewing and test drive and negotiated a deal that we were very happy with. He is an asset to the company and because of him we will make Marquis our first port of call when we upgrade!. We highly recommend Marquis at Durham and Lee in particular.

I have been twice now and each time (apart from receptionist that was lovely) I have felt very unwelcome- almost an inconvenience. The same sales assistant has dealt with me twice and I can only assume that people must like buying from a sharpe, rude person. No apology for my appointment being nearly an hour late, no pleasantries - just curt answers. The second visit I took my family to view a Motorhome, I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen while they dealt with a sale (which I understand) but two other workers never approached us to help - they sat at the computer typing away. I liked the Motorhome a lot when we got in it (despite it needing a major deep clean) and would have liked discussing figures but never got asked to sit down. May try Tynevalley as if this is the service before we buy - I can only imagine what the after sales must be like . Come on guys - I know the pandemic has spoon fed sales but think about long term reputation as I was not impressed at all and I really did want to give you my 50k!

Went in today with every intention of putting a deposit on a mobile home Mobilvetta K-Yacht 80. I knew what I wanted it due to researching it inside and out etc. Unfortunately we were greeted by a female sales assistant who was so rude on first approach it actually made me and my wife laugh. I even asked her if she was alright it was that bad. It was like a role play of what to do to get rid of customers fast. I only needed a polite attentive sales executive to tip me over and I would of purchased today. I looked in 2 x Motorhomes and still left without anyone asking our names, contact details etc. To risky to buy here as the aftersales is likely to be the same and we felt deflated in the end as we were quite excited about the prospect. Total rethink now required as this company is the only ones who sell the Motorhome I wanted.

Absolutely excellent service great customer care always kept in touch right the way threw process of getting our motorhome Sales lady karen if fab making the whole process a delightful experience Love our motor home and even had a phone call two weeks later to see how we were getting on Cheers again karen 10 out of 10 Would highly recommend x Kelly, lee and kids x
