Beautiful place out of about 30 plus orders I have only ever got 1 order that was wrong. I always order lamb shish and its always perfect hot fresh returning customer

This was my first time ordering from here and I ordered the pizza platters which are advertised as 10’’/12’’ pizzas with chips and garlic dip. What arrived was half a pizza...this is not what was advertised and what we ordered. I rang and spoke to a lovely gent however I could hear his boss in the background argue that I should know this and that he wouldn’t do anything. After discussion he offered a free pizza but would not deliver this out to myself. We started eating our food but it was cold and the chips like cardboard. I think this is completely out of order and will not be ordering from here again.

I like this place and order often but my last two orders have been shockingly bad. 6 for donner and chips to get half a portion on chips. Texas burger had no cheese or sauce with what looked to be week old jalapeños
On a quiet Wednesday night I asked them if they could deliver to Caistor as they didn't know we had two autistic children that were desperate for a pizza promised to them , like I say they didn't know that obviously but I'm literally 8 minutes away from their shop I think they need to to put a PIN on a map with a bit of cotton on a pencil on the end and decide whether or not they want to keep their business working. Not very happy, didn't want to help at all. We're actually moving to Brigg soon and I certainly won't be using that place.
