This location is so inconsistent. They say they weigh the meat but the sandwiches are always different sizes. If they forget all of the toppings that you order you're only option is to drive back over there and get a replacement sandwich the same day; they won't put a credit on file since \the toppings are free\ even though it's their screw up. It's just terrible customer service every time there's an issue with this location and the manager is never there to resolve anything. If your sandwich is wrong you're basically left with a sandwich that you didn't order or a second trip back to the store. Eagle Plaza is so much better. Even the people that answer the phone at Eagle Plaza are more pleasant.

Primo Hoagies are well put together sandwiches. They have a good selection of Hoagies and sides to go. A little pricey, but in the end its a good sandwich, and good quality meats, way better then anything you would get at a fast food chain sandwich place.

Never had an issue with this spot until tonight. I ordered a sandwich and stepped outside to take a call only to see one of the guys in the back texting on his phone. He then puts the phone down and proceeds to make my sandwich right in front of me. Who’s supervising these kids??? Never again!

Walked in during lunchtime last week, was served promptly and sandwich was delicious. Great Italian bread. A little on the expensive side for the size of sandwich, but probably worth it.

Every time I call this place there is a ridiculous wait time. I'd be more understanding if the sandwiches were great, but all the other primos in the area are faster and better staffed. The last time I called ahead and ordered a hoagie, I waited the 40 minutes come to show up and they couldn't find my order. Get it together...
