Horrible experience, referred by my friend to visit Alexandria location but it was a biggest mistake of my life. I was told that my order will be delivered within 2-12 weeks but its been 4 months now and still waiting for my stuff. Worst part is that they are not sure when my order will be delivered. Everytime I go to check the status, they tell me a different story and give me a different delivery date. GROUP OF LIERS. Never go they if you want to be a piece of mind and do not want to add another headache in your life. Zerooo star for marlo...

Excellent service and furniture selection. Product took a bit longer because of the Pandemic, but Marlo did a great job with communication. The delivery guys were awesome, friendly and did a great job with setup. They had to take the couch all the way around the back of the townhouse. My front stairs were narrow and they were afraid they would scratch the walls. If you have any issues, make sure you email [email protected]. I was emailing the wrong people originally.

I purchased a bed from Marlo furniture in April. It wasn't in stock so I was told the wait would be about 6 weeks. About 6 weeks later I received the bed and it was in a sealed box. My husband and I opened the box and started putting it together. We find out that it is missing pieces. I called that day to advise them that there were pieces missing. I was then told that the pieces would be ordered and I would get them in about 4 weeks. I received the pieces in the time given and they were the wrong pieces. I call back and was told that they will send me the correct pieces. About 10 days later I received some bolts and hardware that I didn't ask for. I proceeded to call again and was told that they will order the CORRECT pieces and send them out ASAP. 3 weeks later I received the pieces and again they were THE WRONG PIECES. I called and spoke to several people who promised me that they would follow up. I called the day of the last shipment and advised them to come get this bed. I cannot do anything with it because I don't have the correct pieces. I spoke with a lady in corporate who I thought gave me her direct number but it wasn't. I spoke to a supervisor who is kind of helping me now that I want to schedule a pick up of this bed and my money returned. I have never had this much trouble spending my money. If I could have given no stars I would. Marlo, Regency, and Ashley furniture have lost me as a customer. They are all pretty much the same company. I cannot describe the frustration that I have felt. This is August and they are now taking their time to come pick up this bed. From April to August I have been trying to get this resolved and have not. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.
