I have never met two nice blokes than Mark and Dave. They are very trustworthy hardworking men who take great pride in their work. Their prices are great for the standard of work they carry out. I would not employ anyone else to do any other work that needs doing to my property.
This is the first time i have used Marlite roofing as i found them on Trusted Trader and read through all the excellent reviews and positive feedback and i can honestly say i will certainly be using them again. I got in touch with Marlite roofing and spoke to Mark about a problem with a large damp area on our bedroom wall and ceiling. Mark was so helpful and polite and agreed to come out and look at the roof a few days later at a time that suited me when i had finished work. On arrival Mark and Dave introduced themselves and got straight to work and found the problem straight away which was a a large hole in the felt and showed me pictures of this on their phone as well as other areas where the felt was very worn. Mark explained what needed doing and gave me a very reasonable price to complete the work. I agreed on this along with a date and they came back completed the work and showed me all the pictures before and afterwards and my problem has now been solved. I also asked Mark to inspect the rest of the roof and chimneys and to let me know if anymore work was required. Mark showed me pictures of the chimneys that required work on the brick work that need re bedding and repointing as well as the concrete that needed replacing on the top and some lead works to seal it. ( Which i know was true as no work at been done on these in the 35 years we have lived here) It was so good to see the pictures and to understand the work that is required. I am so happy with the work Mark and Dave did on the roof that i will be using them again to come back and do the chimney work. Mark and Dave really do give a first class service and i would highly recommend them to anyone. 10/10 honest reliable service.
Mark came to the rescue when a cowboy roofer left our workplace in a complete mess with an open roof in torrential rain - which came straight in and we had to close for business! Mark and his co-worker, worked all day in the pouring rain to get us watertight as a temporary fix until he can come back and complete the repair fully. A few days later & the wind blew a gap in the repair, but Mark came back the next day and sealed it. I'm so grateful for Mark pulling out the stops and digging us out of this mess. Times are currently hard enough, so being so responsive and there at the end of the phone when needed, what just what we needed. Thank you Mark!
Brilliant service, very professional, Mark and Dave informed me at all times of the work that they were doing. Would recommend them.
