A really nice, down to earth cafe with good food at good prices!

Nice friendly local place popular with locals. A hearty breakfast slightly on the oily side for my taste but good ingredients and an ample helping. There are a fair number of seats and tables all nicely clean. Also an unusual vintage pinball table that appeared to be fully functional. It is near the local school so at pickup and drop off time the mums and dad's steal all the parking so you might have to park away a bit. However usually this is not a problem. I did not try it but there was a large tray of very tempting home made bread pudding.....i did not see a decent coffee maker... They may have one I just did not see it. On a return visit had really good fish and chips with very good chips that were proper home cooked.... Have boosted the rating on this.

Great food. Friendly service and fully complying with social distancing. At the moment you need to phone your order through prior to collecting. But you won't regret it
Good wholesome food and swift service. Awkward access for people with limited mobility getting in and using the toilet, though.
