40 minutes waiting on a pre ordered meal. When my son delivered it for us(covid) he said there was at least 10 people in there very small waiting area so no covid precautions were being adhered to. Some of it was missing. Most of it was cold and some even inedible. Needless to say they will not get my hard earned money again.

First time ordering from Marks. It was so so easy, menu was on the website and ordered through the site and paid on collection. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very lovely tasting food, good size portions and fair on price. Will definitely return
Consistently good quality. Easily the best Chinese food in Cirencester over the last 20 years.
Says it shuts at 11PM on Google. Walked in 9.55PM to order and was ubruptly told were closed and \what you want\. I just walked out. Not good customer service. (Yes opening times may be different due to Coronavirus but Google has correctly changed the opening times for other business but for some reason not takeaways).
