Have recently avoided visiting since March lockdown after 2 visits where staff were not vigilant in terms of their own social distancing and very unhelpful and frosty. However, I visited today and despite nothing having changed in terms of the above, I had the pleasure of being served at the till by David who was a breath of fresh air. He told me that he also cleans at another M&S branch which I believe is a missed opportunity for M&S as he is clearly a great customer service ambassador and I would have him front of house every time.

Loved it in here. A well stocked store with pretty much everything. They offer trolleys so you can do a weekly shop. Bakery, flowers, click and collect etc.
Friendly and helpful staff.. super quick parcel collection and thorough basket cleaning in place too! Fab

Love M&S food hall the staff are very nice and helpful. The store is excellent with covid 19. Wiping the baskets and trolleys for customers and although it's a small food hall compared to some I find I can get most of what I go in for.
