Marks and Spencer

Not happy . My partner give me flowers he had paid 25 for in M&S Torquay . They lasted 3 days , I kept the water topped up . Not near a radiator. Comparison to a 1 bunch of daffs from Tesco which were gorgeous for 8 days !!! I will make sure my family and friends don't buy fresh flowers from M & S

Huge M&S with a flower shop, downstairs is the food hall and clothing while up the escalator or lift is home wares and the very busy cafe, try to avoid the cafe at peak times it is very popular. The food hall is one of the best I've seen, well stocked, some creative displays and very attentive staff. This store has a greeting card, gift section and an ATM. Limited free car parking on site.

Very disappointed that most staff are not wearing face coverings. I am happy to wear one and think it would be a sign of respect for staff to wear one too. I was helped on Sunday by Dawn, who went out of her way to ensure I found what I wanted. I was extremely pleased she was wearing a face covering, I felt very safe with her and would not have contacted anyone without a mask or shield.

Not helpful at all, my mum popped in today to ask why she had received a cheque for a 3 refund on a wedding cake she ordered and paid in full back in February, the cake cost 86. She cancelled the order in March due to the wedding being cancelled due to Covid, at the time the assistant told mum she would get a full refund but it would take time. Today she was told that due to it being longer than 35days this is why she only got 3, the assistant would not listen to what mum was saying, gave her a printout with a 0333, 40 min wait on the phone will have to try again tomorrow....not happy M&S!!!

Great selection of usual Mark's and Spencer's wares . From ladies clothes to homeware with a lovely efficient cafe upstairs. Clean in all areas and lots of easy parking outside
