Not the great service I expected.Just popped in to grab the valentines day meal for two. I did not realise the store was about to close. A couple of the items I wanted had sold out, I asked a sales team member if they had any more. She made two trips to the stock room to find these for me, very helpful and cheerful service.Thank you. However, it was soured by another staff member ushering me to the self checkoutaand asking if I was aware the store had closed. I grabbed my 5th item which should have been a 5 side but mistakenly picked up a 4 starter. . So my 20 meal deal was then individually price and became a 40 bad deal. I paid and left as I was the last person in store and no customer service was available

Great store! Very clean inside and staff are very kind. Good selection of home decore upstairs and a supermarket in the back. Great layout!

A lovely M&S store food hall. Easy parking all social distancing followed. Trolleys cleaned for you. They have changed flooring layout, so there is plenty of space. All staff so kind and helpful. Really put our anxiety at ease regarding safety. An enjoyable shopping trip

The lady behind the collections desk today round about 2pm was so rude and un helpful no customer service at all
