Always nice clothes, but I was disappointed that a boy over 5 does not seem to have much choice in the brighter ranges. If they want to look smart or are into marvel it's fine, but if he likes Fantastic Mr Fox he needs to be a girl. A much more colourful selection was available for girls.

Absolutely disgusted aftet queueing to get in due to covid restrictions at fraddon at 10 30 sunday 22nd nov .i then had a 5 minte wait at the till whilst 2 employess stood chatting next to the red flashing light as the till wasnt working, i had to leave without purchasing any goods. The covid tegulations appear to all be for show!!!! Phoned the store and cut iff after 7 minute wait, absolutely no customer service!! Thankyou marks and spencers
My first visit to this new M&S and I must say I was impressed. Good Covid19 precautions in place and lots of thought gone into how to achieve social distance measures. Well done M&S I will be returning soon. Of course the food hall was busy but orderly but always good quality food on offer. Parking was easy and of course easy access to the site from the main A30. Well worth a visit.
Store opened September 2019, good sized store but is affected by the restrictions due to covid 19. Spacious asiles so OK for social distancing. Good cafe on 1st floor with balcony and food hall ground floor. Store on 2 levels, good parking space.
Love this M&S. The staff are lovely, so helpful. Plenty of space, feel safe during virus. The food department is si good, lots of choices & very clean
