I bought my food in M&S,i pay and i was distracted by my baby was crying and i forget the food in till.when i got back for my food that person who stay there and see if till is free to use from another one ,she say is nothing left behind and ask the MANAGER to open the cameras he said i trust my employees. And for costumers who care???Nobody how about i paid my food and disappeared and nobady care. I never go to M&S they dont respect the costumer rights
