Visited the Lowestoft store with my elderly mother this week. Mum doesn't get out much anymore and was nervous and slightly confused in the busy store. She needed new lingerie and the wonderful lady sales assistant in the department was absolutely amazing with her. She patiently listened to all my mum's requirements (sometimes confusing and contradictory even to me) and managed to meet all her needs and mum and I left feeling happy and completely contented with our purchases. Thank you very much M & S for your wonderful sales people.

Called to collect an on line order - store clean and uncluttered. Hand sanitizer provided just inside the door and social distancing observed. Clothes nicely displayed with room between the racks. Food hall also well laid out.
