I was extremely disappointed with the school uniform selection in store this year. I went home to order online instead, only to find that ell items I wanted were not in stock. I have always bought school uniforms from M&S as they are excellent quality, but will have to shop elsewhere this year.

Appears exceptionally clean and bright. Good quality clothing and a large food hall. Everything is well spaced out which would be great for wheel chair users but could be better stocked. Counter staff friendly but too pushy promoting the M&S credit card.

Normally love M and S but went into order a sofa taking advantage of their 30% sale and using their interest free credit facility. There was nobody in the store trained on interest free credit, so wasted journey.
