Lots of variety, can always find lots of lovely gifts and the school uniform is top notch. Fantastic, well stocked food hall which always has lots of great deals and is very reasonably priced. Collect by car is invaluable! Nice cafe and very helpful, friendly staff.

Good food hall, cafe is often quiet and the food is if the usual M&S quality! That said, when the town is busy in the season, the cafe can be a little slow. I like the collect by car service that let's you come back later and pick up your purchases. As ever, the staff are very helpful and courteous.
Good for food shop but the face on the meeter and greeter when my elderly mother walked into a POS sales on the back staircase. Someone needs to tell him he is supposed to be there to help and welcome. 1130 on 14th October.
What is going onnnn with your hand sanitizer? It is rancidly perfumed, 2hrs later and my hands still smell like I've just given a female OAP a sponge bath. GRIM.
