Marks and Spencer

Had to queue to get in (which went down quickly) 2 very polite young men on the door. Was REALLY busy but they were trying to keep the shelves stacked. Prices dearer than my usual supermarket but I expected it. A lot of dates fell short of Christmas Day by a good few days and I could hear other customers saying the same thing but having been to a couple of other supermarkets M&S weren't the only ones. All staff I spoke to were really helpful and although they were super busy were more than happy to help show me to where I needed to be. Lovely young girl (16yr old) on the till, really pleasant. Wish I could afford to shop here more often. Only dropped a star because of the dates

There's someone at the door checking. there's hand sanitiser. I think all of the staff were wearing masks. I came here for the beer choice which is better than the M&S in the town centre. There's free wifi.

Very poor. Innumerable trolleys with refrigerated goods out. No staff sat at a checkout. the 2 dine offer for 12 is still a good offer, but i feel that the rest of the store is overpriced for comparable goods. alot of the M&S own food is very tasty, and of excellent quality, but if the store is not operating as it should it diminishes the brand.

The lady at the checkout was so pleasant and offered to pack my bags for me. This was a huge help as I am disabled. Well done M & S.

I came early so can't comment on people inside; staff were polite and sanitising the trolleys. Nice store but the shelves feel a little crowded.
