I’ve started coming to the cafe here most days. The staff are very friendly and the customers just as polite. It’s just pleasant and feels bright and safe and normal and I never feel rushed even when it gets busy. There’s one lovely girl who always remembers what I want even down to the mix of sugars. Fabulous service.

Good location, friendly staff and good products, collected some excellent cushions.
Will be sad if this ends up in the retail park. Good m&s. Though was disappointed last time at being ‘shoved’ out at 5 minutes to closing time. Things are not simple in covid times and tills can be slow to get through - you don’t need to push us out the door. Haven’t been back since.
What a fantastic team, had a few parcel to pick up, mandy, bethan and sue on click and collect, who I've dealt with recently all giving fantastic service ,a real credit to m and s
Was at Llandudno store 7pm on 22/12/20 it was fabulous very safe and well managed haven't been for many months in high street risky for me so the late closure much appreciated . I expected the shelves to be bare knowing how busy Christmas period Nd it was wonderfully stocked well done all of you for what must have been such hard work. I had the best ever time and l got a Turkey , spent a fortune but will enjoy every mouthful over Christmas. Huge boost for me personally it's been such a difficult year. Thank you so much for working so late many of us at that time were In the vulnerable catagory so it's made a huge difference to our lives. You have amazing staff in that store look after them marks & Spencer's they are diamonds each and every one of them . I would like to finish by saying lshop at Tesco because it's safe for me late at night the system you have in your Llandudno store to keep shoppers safe is exceptional and with such small space available that cannot have been easy to set up and manage . So whoever came up with the system and management is also a nine carat diamond. Who would ever think a shopper needs to be safe while shopping well as a HS representative in my other life before covid you have cracked it don't let anyone say any different exceptional in every way wonderful store
