Always excellent visiting M&S Ayr. Staff are always helpful. I went up to the café today and was told about the Eat Out to Help Out scheme on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Also bought some shoes using the Sparks offer. Fitted perfectly. Highly recommend a visit.

Very nice staff. But the store needs more and more variety of stock, especially in the homeware department- hope management can see this.
Always enjoy shopping in Marks and Spencers in Ayr High Street, the staff are so attentive,friendly and very helpfull. I was served today by Czeslawa who told me about offers I could have and was so cheerfull and friendly it made for a very enjoyable shopping experience in these dreadful coviod times. Thanks M&S.
