A modern store, with a nicely laid out food section which has plenty of choice. The main part is split between men and women clothes/fashion, with some homewares on the first floor. Also, on the first floor is the cafe. This has a good selection of hot & cold food and drink items, with a good view out of the windows. In these times a great deal of care and thought has gone into the Covid-19 precautions, from social distance markers to hand sanitizer and the person at the door greeting shoppers. A good experience in a safe environment.

Excellent. M and S have the social distancing well in hand. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. There are some amazing price cuts in the end of season sales. However, but in line with other companies in present climate, the changing rooms are inaccessible. We had to drive about to find a parking place as the whole shopping complex was busy today.
Great place for food high quality and the yum nuts and other cakes are awesome
Too crowded. Why must families shop together? Good products. Bought what I wanted with no fuss.
Popped in for lunch had a lovely pie and mash with gravy although could have done with some vegetables to complete the meal. My wife had katsu chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it.
