The staff are always friendly to the customers. Always stocked up and very covid secure. Outside a self cleaning is provided for the trollies and baskets with a very pleasent lady and friendly. At busy time the is bit of a que thats understandable considering covid19. Some staff were not wearing their masks. I gave them five stars for service and friendliness.

A handy shop in the middle of Ormskirk with the usual high standard of M&S food and drinks. It has a collection counter for ordered goods. A car park is available adjacent to the store.
This is only a small food store but considering their size, they do stock a range of food. All food is the quality you expect from M & S. The store is clean and the staff will go the extra mile. They are always polite and pleasant.
Certain staff never wear their mask over their nose. Same every vist since mask mandate. Clearly don't care about safty. Make you wonder about what other food hygiene rules they dismiss.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
