We really like visiting the cafe at M & S. There's a good selection, and always made to an excellent standard! The drinks are great, too, and all at competitive prices. Really glad to have the cafe back, so we can enjoy being treated!! ️

Some stuff is really expensive, be ready to fall over. There is a budget range. And they are good quality. They have 80 teabags for 1.20, very nice, strong, probably better than PG. Goods are high quality and custom made for m&s. There are some really unique products you won't find elsewhere. Look else for the loss leader fruit for 65p near entrance. However it's not my weekly shop, I will still pick aldi, as their stuff is very good as well, but a different experience. Seriosuly, pound for a trolley...not customer friendly. Can't give 5 if I compare to other supermarkets. Its a solid 4 though.
Bought an item at the weekend that was out of date (didn’t realise until we got home and opened it), so we returned to the store to return the item. The manager at this M&S delivered the best customer service I think I have ever received. He was incredibly apologetic, refunded our entire shopping and could not have done more to help us. There’s something to be said about shopping in M&S.
Large supermarket, good wines selection. You can pretty much get all M&S food lines here. Plenty of room for comfortable social distancing if that concerns you, and plenty of parking spaces. This is my go-to M&S.
Visited Garden Avenue to get some shopping thought we would have a coffee this was Tuesday 27th Oct sorry M&S but the cleanliness in your cafe was so mething to be desired no tables being cleared and never saw 1 table being cleansed with any bacterial product !!! A lady near me offered me a bacterial wipe to clean my own table!! You certainly need to improve your strategy
