Pretty straightforward for quick food shopping. Being a very small outlet, the selection is a bit limited but it serves a purpose. At times it can get quite busy, so be prepared to be bumping into staff and customers, and having to queue. But today at lunchtime it was fine

It's ok but it is a small shop; the aisle are tight. The front entrance is wheelchair accessible and the shop is all on one level. There is only one till operated by a member of staff but there are at least 6 self service tills and a staff member was present helping customers.
Every think is old granny stock. Come on M& S please bring in some decent stock in the cloths line and give some good discount on the old tat . We are not all in our 70s
Just wanted to say well done to all the staff at Twickenham Simply Food for managing the current situation re social distance queues and help in the store. Excellent customer service as always and today was served by Daniel at the click an collect desk who helped to make my order easier to transport on my bike!
I like this branch. It's quite small but it has the items I need, when it's required. It's clean, neat and tidy. Staff are professional and generally a good shopping experience when I visit.
