Generally a good all purpose small size supermarket. The food range is good, as are the breads and wines. It is a good place to go if stocking up for a party. The staff are always helpful.

I do love M&S food. I'd rather buy less stuff from M&S than more from other supermarkets. The shop is quite small but it's better to have a small M&S simply food shop than none at all! :-) The majority of staff are lovely and helpful. The parking space outside is small but it's not the shop's fault, it is just how much space is available. The food ranges from good to really-really good. I usually pop into the shop on my way back from work and there can be too many customers at that time and not enough tills open, but any till congestion is dealt with quite quickly. This is the only supermarket I can buy a chicken from as it tastes like a chicken. :-) All in all I do love this little shop in Hertford. I wish I could give it 4,5 stars but there is no such an option. :-)
