Everybody was wearing a mask, which was brilliant. As with any shop you have to pass people going the wrong way down an aisle. Sensible queuing system for the tills. Food up to the usual high quality though I made the mistake of going into the store just before closing and was unable to get a couple of my favourite meals.

Popped in for a bit of food and shopping and was very disappointed with the service in cafe. I ordered the crispy chicken burger and the chicken was just warm, the salad and coleslaw was a tiny portion. The chips we had looked like like half a portion...for 2.50 it's not really value for money. Plate that the burger came on still had food dried on which looked like egg.

Always popular and busy. However, the queues to get into the food hall and also the cafe were long so you need to pick your time to visit carefully. The cafe has nicely screened off tables.

Always good quality products but you have to pay a little bit more and aimed at the more mature end of the clothing market.
