The shop isn't very big but there is a good selection of items. Social distancing it's applied and as soon as you enter there is a member of staff reminding customers of it too. The shop was tidy and well light. Staff are attentive and polite. I will be back, it is part of a shopping complex with a good variety of stores.

This is actually a nice little spot with some good choices for shopping and eating both in the centre and nearby. Can be a bit of a wait for parking or even moving around the car park in your car, but if you're morally flexible there's lots of other shops with car parks outside. You naughty person you.
Very small, not much social distancing, otherwise it's okay, well stocked still
I rarely shop in M&S due to their high prices, but I thought I'd make a Christmas exception, as I had a 5 voucher. Only the Orpington store is very cramped, very hard to use a trolley, and I had to argue with 3 people at the checkout to get my voucher accepted, as they invented T&Cs that weren't on the voucher to prevent me using it. They've lost a lot more than 5 in my goodwill.
