the store can be crowded and during covid its unrealistic to socially distance. the car parking spaces are tight and can be a pig getting in and out. the chances of getting an ocado home delivery currently are limited as m and s missed the boat on home delivery during covid and cameto the party late.. many of the lines are expensive. however the food is good generally and serves as an alternative to going out for a meal. food halls are propping the company up and have even reversed the 5 year drop in its share price which went from over 4 down to 85p in 5 years but has bounced back to1.30 during covid mainly due to thesuccessofthe food halls. this one just needs to be bigger with wider parking bays

Excellent quality food, if you look closely there are bargains to be had. Prices reduced at the end of the day. Staff are very well trained and polite, as you would expect from Marks and Spencer.

Been coming here since it opened. Never bother to go into the city as this store is much more convenient with good parking. Today was a different experience; the store was rammed with people, they were wearing masks but social distancing was a joke. People pushing and shoving and not understanding the concept of queuing on the yellow markers on the floor near the checkout. Management used to count people in and out and it worked very well and we felt safe. Today all the Xmas stuff was on the shelves and I suspect profit took precedence over a safe environment and it will get worse as the panic buying sets in. We won't be coming back here until after Xmas.

A foodies paradise. Our Saturday night treat. A stunning range of delicious food from the far corners of the world. A hot bakery and in store coffe shop with smells to just enhance the taste buds. You can done for two or feed the whole family and our recommendation is the rectangular pizzas in the coloured boxes. They are better than most pizzeria options, deep filled, no crust and loaded with ingredients, simply simply lovely....
