I’m the same as Den (reviewer below) - i did a Christmas food shop at 6am on Christmas Eve and just received a 60 parking fine. M&S didn’t warn any customers who naturally would have driven to this out of town industrial estate food outlet. Disgusting behaviour to knowing take money from us and not help in anyway.

Great place to shop with outstanding food, drinks, snacks and many more. There is a cafe available as well so you can either relax and chill out before or after your shop or even during :-) The Store is nicely arranged, clean and tidy and well stacked offering the usual selection of great and outstanding food at super quality. .
Shopping was poor. To make matters worse the store opened at 6am during Christmas but failed to tell the parking company the runs the car park and subsequently I got a fine for the pleasure of shopping with them. Why open at 6am if you can't park on site until 7am. Totally unacceptable.
On the 23rd of December when M and S Food was open from 06:00 I arrived at 06:45 to do my shopping at M&S. I have now just received a parking charge for 60 for being in the Retail Park before 7am. After speaking to M&S help line was I was advised as it was my decision to park there, they would not be contacting the Retail Park to ask for the restricted hours to be amended to their earlier opening times and thereby remove no doubt 100's of similar charges to M&S customers who visited their legally open Food Hall. Note to M&S - another customer who will not be returning.
Not that well organised going in and walking around. The self service tills have perspex between them. Always best to go at the end of the day for the bargains!
