The service provided by staff is second to none. My elderly mum dropped her shopping back and spilled milk everywhere. The staff were so kind, helpful and rushed to her assistance immediately. They gave her a new shopping bag, packed it for her with cleanerd or replacement items. They were so considerate of her embarrassment. They never allowed her to feel flustered or rushed. M&S have trained, recruited and employed the best of staff. They should be proud of them.
