Staff very friendly and helpful, store layout is changed due to covid so mens department upstairs is closed.
Nice store no social distancing guidelines around food dept so it's a free for all. I went to buy some champagne for a present. They are kept behind the tills in an aisle right in the way of all the shoppers checking out their shopping !
Typical M&S, not much to say. Get all your underthings there and the usual big selection of clothing for women, the usual lesser selection for men, but that's clothing shops the world over! Smallish food hall with plenty of variety. You won't go wrong here.
Haven't been in a lot of marks and sparks but this one seems quite nice. Children's clothing section is just an afterthought though
