I attended yesterday and just need to mention 2 lady’s Beth and Jeanette who made a bad situation so much better for me. Being pregnant and emotional they went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and I couldn’t be more grateful. 2 truly amazing members of staff!

Usual great selection of food which is always great. That said, there are no observed rules regarding PPE - never seen so many people without masks on, people picking up food from the shelves then putting it all back again - mostly because the food goes out of date on a day or two. Familes with three kids shopping together. Apart from a token woman at the door and being made to enter through the ladies clothing entrance (sales tactocs!) there are no staff policing social distancing, no one-way system. Breeding ground for COVID. Completely irresponsible of M&S.
Just been in the food section. Don't usually shop here for food. Too many people in the store therefore very difficult to distance. There was no monitoring of the numbers of people going in! I was quite surprised at M&S for this thought they'd have a better system.
Good store with great staff. Big aisles loads of room. Great displays. The whole building is light and roomy with great parking outside right in sight of the iconic race track.
I had the 2nd worst coffee of my life here. The worst one was the 1st one given to me. Really weak coffee, boiling hot and tasteless. It's clientele are older folk and maybe its catering to their taste. Staff were distinctly unhappy and under staffed. As above I asked for another coffee and it was still really awful. Don't go here us my advice.
