Being a key worker I can only do my shopping at the weekend but when I go I leave it to later in the afternoon and I love the store and staff. After my shopping today I was collecting an order and it came in 2 boxes one of their excellent staff very kindly carried them to my car for me. I am thrilled with the way M&S have dealt with the virus and it has returned them to top of my picks with the care and produce they have been providing.
Staff in the coatbridge store are lovely. Never been in a shop where all staff members are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Agnes in the coffee shop always remembers my order. Love shopping in here
Cafe is decent enough but you always need to clear your own table, staff should be allowed more time to do regular tidys ups. Also stopped giving you the wee buscuit that you used to get with tea or coffee
