There were no staff on the door to monitor how many customers were entering. Once inside it was too busy and absolutely no social distancing amongst the shoppers. Even though the shop was well stocked and the staff were pleasant, we wouldn't feel safe enough to return.

Thank you to all the lovely staff in Marks & Spencer Christchurch. This is my local M&S and the store is brilliant. Well managed especially during Covid-19. Food pretty much well stocked and good range. Great for picking up parcel orders. Thank you again and keep up the good work. You are much appreciated!!!!!
This is a great smaller shop, but it has a good range of food. Council car park to the rear giving easy access to the town and front entrance to the store.
I've started shopping here since the pandemic as I now do my parents' shopping for them and this is where they normally shop. It is clean, well stocked and the staff are lovely. I'm really impressed!
Very good, social distancing in place and tills were opened up to save people having to queue
