Coping very well under current covid-19 guidelines, the store shelves are well stocked, the amount of customers entering store at once are moderated by door staff who are very friendly. Will continue to shop here. Well done M&S Bishop Auckland!

Lovely service here and i got my beautiful Christmas Cactus here too
Really disappointed beyond belief last visit waited at checkout mask plastic gloves which I sanitised on way in then assistant said she wasn't happy about touching my money coins by the way as I was wearing plastic gloves and she believed them to be carriers of the virus
Good food and drinks. Social distancing well highlighted with sanitising available.
Good quality as usual for M&S but expensive as usual.
