Visited the store this morning and it was very quiet which was both unexpected and brilliant as we had plenty of time to look around at all the Christmas food ideas. Great range of wines too. Plenty of Percy pigs around if they are your thing as well as gift ideas. Great to see the wine tasting station as well as fill your own cereals and nuts as well as a coffee bean selector and self fill. Pick your own eggs too. Plenty of choice and all really well laid out which you can only really appreciate when the shop is quiet like it was today. Great to explore but don’t go when it is busy.

Disappointed today, made a booking slot, need not have bothered nobody checking anyone in, no way could you keep your distance people going all over the place. Come on mark's expected better of you.
I went to get a few Christmas bits today and it was very busy ( expected) and I noticed a lot of customers being quite rude to some of the staff so I wanted to come on here and say thank you to the staff at hedge end today for doing their absolute best to help people and keep the shelves full and the tills moving. I'd like to personally thank the young girl on the front door whom went out of her way to find me a trolly suitable for my baby. I could see how much pressure she was under but was still polite and happy to help me and that made such a difference to my day.
Nicholas in the men's department was very helpful when I needed to buy a new suit at short notice. Pleased with the suit and the service I received

Old style Post office pillar boxes available to post your letters This M&S store has wide open access and egress entrance's to keep within the required government social distance rules.
