Visited this store with my disabled mother. Covid 19 measure was good. They even had outside waterproof covers for customers to stand under. Store numbers was kept to minimum so it was nice place to shop.

I contacted this store yesterday to enquire if they sold a certain type of giftcard as the chat line advised me that it could be bought in store.the first person I spoke to did not have a clue and said she would put me through to the correct dept when the next person answered he sounded like he had just woke up and also didn't have a clue about the card I wanted to purchase and asked how I had got through to his dept.needlessto say I put the phone down I have given o stars as none of the staff I spoke to were helpful.

Sunday 3.50pm store decides to close to customers due to managers decision as too many folk in store yet no one at self check out and 12 customers walk out thankfully he let two more customers in after an appeal & request to speak to him face to face , whilst in store no more than usual and had a choice of till checkout or self checkout thanks for common sense.

Its M&S.... staff always friendly and helpful. products a little more expensive but generally better quality. love the Roasted Garlic Mayo
