Queues here have been insane and not just over the Christmas period. You cannot tell me you come here for a full weeks shop is widely overpriced for simple food. We only want to come in for a few bits which surely everyone else will be and yet we’re in a shockingly large queueing system

Very short que to enter the store, staff are helpful. Food hall is not huge but it's well stocked. Free parking as long as you don't exceed 3 hours. On occasion it can be a nightmare to leave this area due to traffic congestion, but this is not an M&S problem, it's Tameside planning !!!
Went to the cafe which has recently been refurbished. Nicely spaced out and good system in place to reflect social distancing. Breakfast menu is basic, but the food was good.
Very expensive, poor breakfast choice and a dreadful cup of tea. No wonder the company is struggling with this kind of value for money.
Good was really really good plus amazing food plus able to buy tea that cant seem to find at their othet stores
