There were very few jumpers made of wool for women, was told that they could order for me. Not a great selection of men's either. Only two tills open upstairs, so there was a long, slow queue.

We found everything we needed, staff polite, friendly and helpful.
Sad how just a couple of staff can spoil what is usually a lovely experience, I understand we are all stressed at the moment but you are at work, put on that work face!
First visit, I found it a bit drap, but food hall excellent as usual with M/S
I love shopping @ M&S. Collected Click & Collect order in minutes, followed by bi-weekly food shop in Vulnerable hour.
